Friday (Rotary Day):

  • 8:00am: Golf Competition & Lunch (register via Trybooking)
  • 9:00am: Lawn Bowls Competition & Lunch (register via Trybooking)
  • 9:00am Sightseeing Tours (book direct with Warrnambool Tours - see flyer below)
  • 10:30am: Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Tour, Penguin Protector Session & Brunch (register via Trybooking)
  • 2:00pm: Registration & Help Desk open until 4pm
  • 4:30pm: Pre-Dinner Cocktail Party (register via Trybooking)
  • Club Dinners

Saturday (Conference Day 1):

  • 8:30am: Registration & Help Desk open until 4pm
  • 8:30am: Rotary Expo open until 4pm
  • 9:00am: Conference Day 1 commences 
    • morning tea and lunch included
  • 7:00pm: Gala Dinner (Theme: 'Masquerade')

 

Sunday (Conference Day 2):

  • 8:30am: Registration & Help Desk open until 11am
  • 8:30am: Rotary Expo open until 12am
  • 8:45am: In Memorium
  • 9:00am: Conference Day 2 commences
    • morning tea and lunch included 
  • 1:30pm: Conference concludes
  • 2:30pm: End Polio Now Walk (register via Trybooking)

Pricing:

Early Bird offer - Conference plus Gala Dinner $225 pp (maximum of 100) - Sorry all sold

Full Registration - Conference plus Gala Dinner $275 pp (maximum of 250) (note Gala Dinner limited to 350 people)

Conference only Registration - $145 pp (available immediately)

Note: There is no Gala Dinner only option.

The District Conference will be held in Warrnambool, March 22-24, 2024 web page here.
Please go to this page to register and utilise the accommodation booking portal. As time goes on we will be adding more information about sporting and social events to be run in conjunction with the Conference and information on speakers.
The theme for the Conference is mental health, in line with International President Gordon McInally's request to treat this issue with some priority in his year. Refer his video here.
Registrations will open 9am Monday, July 24.
